Operational Calm is not responsible for technical errors or delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
 

4. Community Session, Workshop Registration, Payment, and Refunds

Registration and payment processing for Community Sessions and Workshops are handled through the Eventbrite platform. By purchasing a session or workshop registration, you agree to the pricing, terms, and participation conditions listed on the event registration page.
 

Operational Calm is not responsible for technical errors, payment processing issues, or platform disruptions related to third-party registration services.
 

Eventbrite's platform policies allow participants to request a refund up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled workshop date. Refunds requested within this window will be processed through Eventbrite in accordance with their platform rules.
 

Due to limited workshop capacity, refunds are not available within seven (7) days of the scheduled workshop. Each registration reserves a seat in a limited-capacity session. Once the seven-day refund window has passed, that seat can no longer be reassigned.
 

5. Session and Workshop Recordings and Materials

Operational Calm sessions and workshops may be recorded for educational purposes. Registered participants may receive access to:
 

• Workshop recordings

• Written transcripts of the session

• Educational materials referenced during the workshop

Participants who prefer not to appear in recordings may choose to keep their camera turned off during the session.
 

Recordings and transcripts are provided for the personal educational use of registered participants only. Workshop materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, published, or shared publicly without written permission from Operational Calm.
 

6. Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellation

Operational Calm reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If a workshop is cancelled by Operational Calm, registered participants will receive the option to:
 

• Transfer their registration to a future workshop, or

• Receive a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property
